TERMS OF USE

Here are the Terms Of Use for any of my graphics.

  1. Purchased graphics are for personal and/or commercial use. There is no separate license. Your payment receipt is your proof of purchase and license.
  2. Purchased graphics are not for resale or redistribution in digital form.
    i) Reselling or redistributing the purchased graphics in any non-tangible form is strictly prohibited.
    ii) The rule of thumb is very simple: If the graphic is digital, it can't be resold or redistributed. If it's tangible, it can be.
  3. Purchased graphics may only be used in the following manners:
    i) Print for products, such as t-shirts, posters, canvases, tumblers, and other tangible goods.
    ii) Derivative works for personal or commercial projects, such as business logos, avatars, and banners.
    iii) Lower resolution digital format (≯ 600px 150dpi JPEG) for use online, social media posts, profile pictures, profile headers, website graphics.
  4. Purchased, full-sized, versions shall not be shared publicly in a manner that allows a viewer to download the full-sized versions, or allows a viewer to circumvent the purchase process for the graphics.
  5. Purchased images shall not be used in any manner that facilitates piracy, misrepresents the origins or the artist of the purchased graphics, or harms the me in any way, including but not limited to financially. The purchased graphics will not be used to promote anything violent or illegal, or used in any manner that might damage my reputation.
  6. Purchaser is solely responsible for any and all legal fees that are incurred in enforcing this agreement. Purchaser shall pay me for any damages that are incurred in violating this agreement.
  7. The legal venue for any disputes under this agreement is Escambia County, Florida, USA.

FULL-SIZED RESOLUTION
The full-sized version is typically 1024 pixels and 300 dpi, or higher, PNG format. Graphics can be upscaled for printing using an image upscaler or an image editing program. The recommended upscaled size for printing t-shirts and posters is 10,000 pixels and 1000 dpi. This will print a 14" graphic clearly.

I will upscale graphics for $10 per graphic.

IrfanView is a free program that can be used to resize graphics, or to convert to different image file formats, such as PNG, JPG or BMP.

WATERMARKS
Purchased images are watermarked both visibly and invisibly. Invisible watermarks are encoded within the graphic, and they can be decoded by me at anytime to prove ownership, and to identify the original purchaser, if necessary. Invisible watermarks can't be removed without destroying the graphic.

UNSIGNED COPIES AND EXCLUSIVE ACCESS
i) Unsigned copies can be purchased for a price that is negotiable above and beyond the regular listed price. Unsigned means there is no signature or visible watermark.
ii) Exclusive access can be purchased for a price that is negotiable above and beyond the regular listed price. Exclusive access means the full-sized graphic is no longer publicly available for purchase. The graphic is taken off the market. The buyer has access to the full-sized version.

Contact me if you wish to purchase unsigned graphics or exclusive access. Please include the product code for the graphic you want to buy.

REFUNDS
Due to the digital format of the purchased graphics, no refunds, either partial or whole, can be issued after the graphics have been purchased, except at my sole discretion. If there is a problem with a download, or an error with a graphic, I will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

There is no way to "accidentally" purchase a graphic. Once a graphic has been purchased, it can't be returned, because it's digital.

YOUR AGREEMENT
Purchasing any graphic from this website constitutes your agreement to all of the terms of use.

HOW TO RECEIVE A PURCHASED GRAPHIC

Make a note of the product number for the graphic you're purchasing. There is a search form on the main gallery page where you can search for a graphic by product number. After your purchase is complete, come back to this website and click on the image that you purchased. You will be taken to the page where you can download the full-sized image. I highly recommend that you bookmark the download page, or save the link someplace safe.
